VIVA Omega-3™ is a more highly concentrated and absorbable form of fish oil. This formula contains highly concentrated Omega-3 fatty acids, 350 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 250 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
Essential fatty acids are polyunsaturated and grouped into Omega-6 and Omega-3. Different molecular structures make the two essential fatty acid families act very differently. There needs to be a balance of the two for optimum health.
